St Helena Italo

Loosely based on a Romano style, the St Helena Italo is a hard cheese with a parmesan-like piquantness.  Suitable for both grating and as a table cheese, it is available plain or with peppercorns.


Federal Fetta  

Based on the traditional brined fetta, this award winning cheese is firm yet creamy and salty yet not too salty. Available in brine, or marinated in extra virgin olive oil blend with a hint of garlic, peppercorns and fresh herbs.

Cultured Buttermilk

REAL cultured buttermilk is hard to find!  A wonderful bi-product of making our own cultured butter, our buttermilk will add lift to all your baking, as the sourness of the buttermilk reacts with raising agents to make everything more light and fluffy.  Perfect for pancakes, and baking, it is also great for use in curries by helping to tenderise meats. Whilst it is an acquired taste it is also beneficial as a probiotic drink.  Far superior to the “supermarket” variety which is actually just cultured skim milk!!!


Crème Fraiche
Lightly soured cream, with a gentle tang and thick like a double cream.  Perfect on desserts or with berries, but also great for cream based sauces as it won't curdle as does plain cream.  Makes an indulgent addition to scrambled egg or mashed potato!
